"Bonne petite petite auberge en general, dommage que le matelas était très très dur et que certains aliments au petit-déjeuner étaient périmés : les buscuits et les biscottes, passe encore, mais le beurre... périmé depuis le 11 janvier on était le 4 mars et lorsqu'on l'a fait remarquer, la personne n'a rien dit, même pas une excuse. Bref, Sarzana est une magnifique petite ville et l'auberge est tres bien placée et a le mérite d'avoir un parking."

"The owners of the hotel have a golden heart. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean, the room service outstanding, everything functioning. We loved the family atmosphere. The hotel is situated on the canal within a walking distance from the beach, there are lots of dining options around, and it is easy to get out of the city quickly. A great value for money. "This is the second time I've stayed at this property and once again it was a very rewarding experience. It's a family run hotel and there is a great deal of warmth toward customers. My room was well maintained and I really like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in the event I had a question. Giovanni was very helpful on arranging transport for me to the train station.. I look forward to return to Lucca when I do, hopefully I'll be able to stay at this property again."

"Avevo prenotato per tre notti, malauguratamente ho dovuto andare via un giorno prima, nonostante che al check in ho avvisato che sarei andato via anticipatamente ho dovuto pagare la terza notte completa , mi è stato detto che non esisteva neanche una penale. Veramente spiacevole poichè ritenevo Expedia una società di cui potersi fidare, con questo comportamento avete perso un cliente e non solo perchè lo comunicherò ad altri Vostri clienti. "

Der skal ikke så meget til før de kunne have fået bedre anmeldelse, men ting som at vi ikke fik gjort rent, skiftet sengetøj eller håndklæder og selv skulle bede om toiletpapir i en periode på 14 dage tæller virkelig ned. Der manglede helt basale køkkenting, en lille ting men også irriterende. Der opdrættes fugle på stedet, og de larmer virkelig meget om natten. Der var ekstremt mange fluer,...
