"Communication prior to arrival was poor. Notified them of our daughter joining us for 3 days and only got response at third time of asking. Arrived to discover no sheet on sofa bed, only 2 sets of small towels and 1 glass tumbler and 2 wine glasses (1 cracked) for 3 guests. Bought 2 wine glasses from local charity shop.
We were in a, supposedly, premium apt. 1 socket and zero prep area in kitchen, dining chairs which leave an almost indelible black mark on t-shirts, small tv that frequently...
"OK, this hotel was built in the 40s and renovated in 2010. It is cute and modern.
The dining room was not open as it was a national holiday, still they should provide services regardless.
There is no parking! The free parking is on the street. The advertised hot tub was broken. They need to provide a way to make tea and coffee in the room as the breakfast time is 8-9:30. The tub is not in the bathroom and showering is awkward as no shower, you have a hand held shower in the tub and no curtain to...
