"The room is very comfortable, thanks to an HVAC you can completely control, including fan and temperature. It's also as dark as you want it to be, with multiple layers of curtains AND the door has a sweep on the bottom that blocks light. This also dampened noise from the hallway, so we had quiet night's rest. The bed was very comfortable with multiple pillows of reasonable thickness – not the mountains of fluff that bend your neck at a 45 degree angle I've encountered at other hotels! In...

"I truly enjoyed my stay at this location! 😊 The convenience, accessibility, and overall experience made it a great choice for my time in the area. Once I got off the bus, it was less than a 17-minute straight walk to the room, which made getting around so much easier. There was a CVS directly across the street, Walmart less than 20 minutes away, and a Giant grocery store approximately 13 minutes away. There were also plenty of fast-food spots and restaurants nearby to accommodate different...

"The motel was very good. For the most part the room was clean and well maintained. We did find a half of a 2 liter bottle of soda left from someone else. The beds were comfortable, but I would recommend that you bring your own pillows. The staff was wonderful. For the price we paid, I would book again."

"Our second time staying there and it’s always very clean!"

"The King Corner room is absolutely amazing!! The location is unmatched and the variety of restaurants and bars on the floors below the hotel cover anything you’re in the mood for. Highly recommend!!"

"Ok"

"The room was beautiful. Everything was clean and new. All the supplies and toiletries were environmentally friendly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even let us charge our EV overnight. Food at the attached restaurant was excellent. We had a great time."

"Love location and owners. Some adjustments are needed, this isn’t camping it’s glamping and you cannot do it halfway. Need more AC in second floor units like this one, our unit was well over 100 degrees when we arrived and never got below 80 degrees inside even when temps dipped outside at night, very uncomfortable. Husband left with our dogs on second night because it was too hot for him and them to even get comfortable enough to sleep. Hot water smelled like sewage when running and no hot...

"We did not bring any pets but I would say it is family friendly."

"This was an absolutely beautiful property!!! Loved all The farm animals (horses, chickens, roosters, peacocks and piggies!). The cabins were so well kept and cozy. The property itself was absolutely beautiful if you enjoy animals and the great outdoors! We did not want to leave!!! We will absolutely be coming back to this property! Also Raystown Lake is stunning and we hiked numerous trails that were within a half hour of the property and had an amazing experience!! I would definitely...
