"Fantastic location"

"We really loved our stay here. It was our first visit to Byron and Wake Up made it such a memorable one. The location was perfect, great cafe and restaurant right next door and across the road from a beach access making this the perfect spot slightly out of town. There was a free shuttle bus that ran from early morning into the later evening that made it convenient to get in and out of town so we didn’t need to drive. After a night in town it was only a 20ish min flat walk back to the hostel if...

"The best location in Byron Bay- the shops and restaurants of the town centre literally start next door. Yet, it was still quiet at night. The room was nothing fancy, but had everything we needed. If you're looking for a great location and good value for money, then I highly recommend."

"I absolutely loved my private room! I need a restful, peaceful and quiet place to replenish from an event-heavy period and it was exactly what I needed. It was spacious, bright, quite private and I appreciated the comfort of the space. 10/10"

"Stayed 3 nights in Oct. Room was small, no sitting chairs, nice bath with a walk in shower. Kettle only with instant coffee, tea provided. Small fridge and hot plate all in nice condition. Review comments are real - one end of the building has bar/smoker noise, the other has the kitchen exhaust, the front has street noise. Balcony rooms are near the kitchen exhaust, which runs from 9a to nearly 9p. Balcony looks out on the wall behind building & parking lot. Close to options of beach, walking,...

"The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a day pass to use the common facilities and car park after check out till 12 noon. The room was clean and spacious enough. There were some noise during the night that woke us up. On the day of check out, they washed the car park and splashed lots of dirt onto our car body. When we complained to the cleaner, he gave excuses and later used a cloth to wipe off the big pieces of mouldy dirt from our car door."

"Great old style pub accommodation friendly and clean."

"Disappointing unfortunately. Service is"

"The only draw back to this property is the parking. There isn’t any. You have to park on street (regulated) or in car park across road. Not easy if you are a senior and carrying luggage. Is a central location though with Woolworths easy walking distance for groceries."

"Close enough to the beach for walks, and can walk to supermarkets and shops in 10 or so minutes, was perfect for my family and nieces and newphews to visit also"

"Loved the proximity to the beach and lovely walks and ammenities "

"A fabulous 4 night stay with stunning beaches at the front, hinterland escapes to the back and a niche little shopping strip with all you need. Would definitely return. "
