"Room was clean and great air conditioning. Shower was a bit temperamental but good most of the time. Didn’t really see any staff but the outside pool area was also maintained well. Only let down was no info given on possibility of breakfast but the outside pool bar was never opened. I also contacted the hotel a few days prior to arrival to care if I could try and change one of my rooms as I was one member less coming with us. "el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, está remodelado aunque a los baños siento que les faltaba limpieza, los azulejos que colocaron acumulan mucho sarro y están manchados. las escaleras son antiguas y son muy angostas por lo que es peligroso para personas mayores pero si hay elevador. La comida del restaurante es deliciosa, la mejor paella que he probado y la pasta con mariscos increíble. Daban 10 % de descuento en desayuno y 20 % en almuerzo y cena. El personal del hotel es super amable."

"The hotel location is expectacular however I was shocked at the condition of the pool area and the pool itself it was dirty the water looked oily almost like a film was over it 😳 :( I was looking foward to hanging out in the pool but that was not possible"

"Fantastic location in the heart of South Beach, rooms are basic but great A/C and fridge fire keep items cool in summer. Very helpful staff who checked in regularly to make sure my stay was going well."
