"The accommodation was clean and comfortable with a very welcome ceiling fan cooling the temperature. We were arriving late (then my flight was delayed further) and were asked to check in online before 11.00pm but this was complicated and wouldn't work for me. But all was well and there was someone on duty at reception to check us in. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Good location - easy walk into town/waterfront and plenty of buses nearby. Only negative was very limited cooking equipment...
"The lady on reception was a great help we had a problem with the car and she helped find a garage. And she was on when we left and ask if we had got it sorted very sweet of her. Nice hotel for a over night stay before sailing to the uk about 18 minutes to the ferry port. Would recommend it"
"Deben reforzar la limpieza sobre todo en la ducha, la cual encontramos muy sucia. La caja fuerte no funcionaba. El secador de pelo dejó de funcionar. También la limpieza en general, del piso, paredes, etc."

"Conveniently situated staff friendly and helpful, but one fault, they don’t have any idea or information on public transport.The only form of cooking in the microwave nothing else.Coffee machine at €1.20 a bit steep for instant coffee one is better off sitting in a cafe with ground coffee which is proper ground coffee.Bedroom basic and one has to make your own bed, not convenient if you arrive late in the evening.
Drying clothing area a bit of a shambles.

"Muy bien situado, limpio, con todas las necesidades básicas. Como punto a mejorar quizá el sofá cama: para niños está muy bien, pero es muy poco colchón para adultos. Teniendo eso en cuenta, el alojamiento es muy bueno"
"Lo mejor es que admiten mascotas y zona tranquila, pero sin servicios y a un paseo de la playa, que en verano solo admite mascotas a primera hora de la mañana y a última hora de la tarde.
Las habitaciones muy básicas, ni mesillas, ni tV,.. aunque camas cómodas, bastantes mosquitos, sugerí que pusieran mosquiteras porque nos acribillaron.
Lo que menos nos gustó, fue que a pesar de no TV en la habitación, no pusieran el partido de la final en la TV del bar a pesar de solicitárselo"
" Aunque el tiempo en Cantabria no es del todo caluroso y es más bien fresquito no quita para que las habitaciones, si no tienen aire acondicionado, tengan aunque sea un misero ventilador. Pasamos unas noches de tremenda calor, sin poder dormir, en una habitación dos metros cuadradros con una ventana estrechísima al exterior por donde no entraba ni gota de aire fresco. Descasamos muy mal esas noches y al día siguiente estábamos reventados para cubrir kilómetros en ver sitios."

"Was very nice had an ac in the room which is always appreciated. Clean and comfortable amenities. Bus stop just outside to get into santander, all the resturaunts in the area tasted great and were fairly priced."
