"Key to a room already occupied. Give another room right away (one of the 2 keys didn't work). Staff very friendly and gave us another key right away. Spacious, clean room with 2 queen beds, nightstand, desk and chair, dresser, microwave and refrigerator. Plenty of car parking and large parking lot for trucks, RVs and campers. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great parking, but not very clean. Bathroom smelled like dirty towels and some of the seating furniture in the room was dirty. "

"New owners are super nice. They have only had the property for 10 days but i think its going to be a decent hotel. Odd thing though, they made us pay before we stayed the night. I was uncomfortable with that but they showed us the room and it was just fine."

"The hotel and rooms were comfortable and the pool/game area was fun. The building itself is dated, the staff had some slow computer issues for check-in, and the continental breakfast was a little limited in some areas - overall a good stay!"

"Room was clean but ac vent smelled like mold when turned on. Overall, the stay was comfortable despite this one issue. I would still come back if coming thru Menomonie because of price, convenience, cleanliness and nice staff. "
