We met the owner at breakfast and he was very friendly and helpful. The night before we were going to arrive very late so called ahead and there was no problem, all was explained how to gain access. "The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good Covid awareness. Room was dated but good for price. Electric shower was hot with enough pressure. The main road is very quiet at night so room was quiet. Full English breakfast was well sized and well cooked. It came with cereal, toast, orange juice and tea or coffee. "

"After booking, we arrived to find out that breakfast would be an extra £40 .The water in the bathroom took ages to run hot . The shower wasn't working properly .Although our room was clean i Would not recommend this hotel ."
