"Giorgi was an incredible host. He was attentive and always available to answer questions. His fluent English made it easy for us to communicate. The room was amazingly clean with a mini fridge that included a freezer enabling me to keep my water ice cold. The attention to detail including providing toiletries, coffee, bathrobe, disposable slippers, bottled water etc made for a very comfortable stay. The location was very convenient to walk to the center and departure points for tours. I loved...
"We arrived in front of the door without information. We tried to call several time the owner without succed. It was raining and it was cold. We were obliged to take another hôtel... I wonder if this hôtel existe... Horrible expérience! "
"Honestly I don't know where to start. Receptionist guys just do as follows but happens tk be that they asked me on check in to pay the reservation and ask to call support for refund. This is definitely not how a collaboration between a hotel should work like. Best part that after 24h I was asked same request after having sorted it out by explaining that everything was paid. Also conditions of the property are not top, either the cleaning. Often 3 stars are met with lower expectations however not...
"Удобные кровати. Аккуратные чистые номера. Хорошее обслуживание: у нас была проблема в номере, и мы получили другой номер. Персонал на стойке регистрации очень дружелюбный и хорошо говорит по-английски.Цена- качество. Даже лучше! выбрали этот отель из-за цены, так как нужно было просто переночевать в Кутаиси. от аэропорта доехали на Яндекс такси за 18 лари. отель небольшой, но всё, чисто. "
