"Just a bit dirty, the bathroom still had some of the previous guests shampoo and soap. Otherwise the window in the bathroom doesn’t close all the way so there was loads of bugs in the bathroom. The staff were very present and welcoming."
"Easy check in process, friendly and informative staff. Beautiful place to stay.
Kids loved staying in the glamping tents with plenty of visits to the Koalas.
Clean and comfortable tent, great wifi and working heater/aircon.
Kids played in the pool and spa, ate at the cafe on site.
Loved everything about the stay."
"Spacious clean room. Clean and regularly serviced bathroom/shower.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lots of great wildlife in the grounds to see.
Perfect location for Port Stephen’s boating trips and sand dunes. Bush kitchen is a great experience!!"
"Despite a band playing I was able to get an early night's sleep.
The room was a classic old hotel room, high ceilings, excellent space ,only a bed and bedside table. Locks were modern and secure. No lifts but a lovely old lace railed verderah.
On-site parking which freed up once attendees at an afternoon function left.
Easy to find by GPS and likewise to access off freeway. Bistro prices not cheap but children's werves reasonable and sufficient. Communal bathrooms adequate but require more...
"Good bones and a very accommodating young staff group working in the bar and handling room allocations. The rooms are very rundown and barely cleaned. Thankfully, clean sheets with no mattress protector or towels in the room. The TV had been smashed, so only a cracked screen image was available. Finally, the ladies' toilet and the shower hadn't been cleaned for a long time; they were filthy and smelt of mould. All in all, it's one of the worst places we have stayed. They need to get a cleaner!...
"There were no bath towels, only 2 hand towels.
The UHT milk had been opened and left half full.
The booking was for two beds and there was only a queen bed and a couch.
Plus the details for entering didn’t come through until after arrival. Took several phone calls to get into the apartment.
Horrible experience."
