"Great stay. One of the elevators was out of service for a bit but was fixed quickly. Breakfast can get crowded but the staff is constantly cleaning and restocking items. Conveniently close to the metrorail. Overall great option to explore Miami. "

"The room was super spacious. It was clean. Breakfast was included. We used the pool and the jacuzzi. The cons about this place are; trash bags outside of rooms around 6 pm when we checked in. We could hear people being loud in the hallways at midnight. Seems like people don’t care about smoking inside, because I could smell the smoke in the hallways. My family got stuck in the elevator for about 5 minutes. Not really smart to have one elevator for 5 floors. Overall my stay was pleasant and...

"Excellent service from staff. Checked in very late and they were still expecting me (although did call to let them know). Folllow up message from Laura to confirm our room was fine. Room was very clean and comfortable. Some unfinished work in the hall brought the score down. Cooked breakfast not appealing to me but coffee and yoghurt were just fine. We did not explore the area but it was a short ride from the airport. "

I don’t mind continental breakfast however increase the variety of hot items daily. It was the same veggie egg omelette every day. The fitness room was basic but served its’ purpose. Please add a full length mirror on the wall by the free weight stand/yoga mats, so people can see themselves and ensure they are safely doing the exercises correctly....
