"Arrivé le soir a Tanger ,on me dit qu aucun appartement est disponible ceci a 22h le soir J ai cherché un autre hotel car le site hotel.com n ont trouvé aucun autre hotelsir tanger .apres avoir passé 2 heures au telephone avec une operatrice du site hotel. Com j ai du dormir dans ma voiture avec ma famille . Ne faite pas confiance aucune garantie avec le site ....a mon retour je compte porter plainte pour le prejudice Tres decu trop dangereux de voyager en famille "

"Excellent front desk, very helpful, valuable directions, great location short walk to Petite Socco, view of the harbor when you walk to the street, close to the port. Well kept, always someone cleaning every detail, lobby, hallways included. Typical Moroccan bed was too firm for me -caused tossing and turning. Clean bathroom, my single room had combined shower/toilet. They had a square wooden shower platform but the rest of the floor the tile is slippery when wet and could cause someone to fall."

"The bathroom in room 3 was so smelly that you couldn’t get good sleep during the night. The bed was facing the window which was directly facing the corridor. You had to close the window to sleep unless you gave up your own privacy. The breakfast was bad too. "

"Nous avions réservé un appartement au bâtiment F et finalement nous avons eu l'appartement dans le E bref arrivé a 18h et logement était ba peine prêt ménage pas terminé. Nous étions 6personnes et il n'y avait que 2 serviettes pratique et ne parlons pas des couverts 2fourchettes 1 couteau et 2Cuilleres. Une honte on réserve pour 6 et ce n'est même pas équipé nous avons été obligé de prendre les couvertures qu'il y avait dans notre voiture car pas assez pour tout le monde bref je ben recommande...

"We were first greeted by Khalid and he gave us a tour of the place. He was awesome! He gave us all the details we needed and told us if we ever needed help with ANYTHING he is a phone call away. Thank you Khalid!! This apartment is really beautiful! My family enjoyed it very much. It’s super clean, beautifully decorated and has plenty of sunlight. It’s a 10 minute drive to the mall and it’s pretty walkable. We really enjoyed our stay.We will definitely book this next time we come to Tangier....
