"Staff and maintenance , very helpful and knowledgeable"

"The WiFi was very slow. The TV had no national networks, ie ABC, NBC or CBS, so no local news, only CNN. The breakfast items were depleted quickly and people had to wait until the attendant went to prepare more. The trash can in the eating area was filled to the brim and not emptied. The toilet in our room clogged, so a plunger was brought to the door in a plastic bag and we were told to put the bag outside our door when done plunging!"

"Didnt like the front desk staff"

"Nice location on White Mtn Blvd close to good restaurants. Sufficient parking was also available"

"My family loved staying in the family cabin. Surprisingly comfortable bed, useful amenities, just the whole package. We will be back when were in Pinetop again."
