"Checking in the first night Layne (staff) was very helpful and hospital. Made me feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing Holiday Inn"

"Had to take care of business for a few days, and this property worked out perfect for me. Was close to where I needed to be, the rates were very reasonable, and had enough amenities to suffice. Bed comfortable, and room with good space. Good value."

"Staff is very helpful. Rooms are nice and well-maintained. Continental breakfast was delicious!"

"Only real option for us in Elma. Was clean, but needs serious updating. Front desk was nice."

"The room was clean with nice decor. They had a fun retro vibe with a Victoria record player and records to play. There is a Blondies restaurant next door for meals out. There was a microwave, coffee maker and mini-refrigerator so you could eat in. The shower had great pressure! As far as comfort goes, the pillows were quite large and hard. Most importantly, it was cold because there was a large gap between the door and the doorway. The draft just streamed in, so no matter how high I turned up...

"There was a huge improvement between last summer and the summer before. The floors were redone in laminate. It felt very clean and inviting"

The bathroom was so gross and needs updated and the sink didn’t drain well. The place smelled of cigarette smoke . And when I went to check out at 6:30 am no one was at the desk for me to check out. I took the keys back to the room. I will never get a room at your hotel ever again!"

"Such a beautifully restored Inn with all the charm and details from 1912! The two of the three clawfoot tubs have been retrofitted with shower adaptors so you can still get that nice clean feeling after a long day of travel or touring. The family staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. I needed a place to stay while visiting family in the neighboring city, I am unable to stay with family due to severe pet allergies, so I am so glad McCleary Inn was available for me to call home for a...

"Great as always!"

"Amazing property. We will 100% be back. The view from the back porch is breathtaking all hours of the day. Even got to enjoy my morning coffee and see the river otters play under the dock on multiple occasions. "
