"The room had not been cleaned. I think maybe only the bed sheets had been changed. There was poop in the toilet, leftover food in the fridge, the sink faucet was dirty and the carpet was filthy. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The chairs in the breakfast area are covered in stained, filthy cloth. Only two towels and one washcloth provided although the reservation was for three people. Breakfast is very limited and seemed lower quality than other hotels. I would NOT stay here again."

"When we entered the room the floors had not been cleaned at all."

"Clean room, helpful staff, nice breakfast."

"Great location. For the price this is a comfortable and clean place to be."

"Very friendly and accommodating staff."

"Two things: Pet fees are $75 a night... that seems a little steep. Also they required a $50 deposit to be "refunded" upon checkout... which did not happen on checkout. So they kept my money for a few days. This was not disclosed on any prior notifications. The staff behind the counter was a bit snotty about the extra fees, claiming that all hotels require a deposit. I've been traveling for quite a while, and I've never seen a required deposit. "We had a great time at library inn our room was lovely, very comfortable bed and pillows nice and clean, cozy and neat.. the only thing that was inconvenient was breakfast, i was expecting eggs and some kind of protein but unfortunately they offered gluten items we could eat there."

"There is a train track 100 yds from location but it did not keep me awake. The rooms were large and worked well for my whole family and I will stay there again."

"The property is very worn down. Not like the picture on the websight"

"Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful at check in. Did have a small issue, left message asking for someone to call me. Been 6 days still waiting. That is disappointing. All in all I would stay again."

"Property was clean and well maintained. Comfy and close to restaurants and pools. The only downsides were the steps up into the second floor unit."

"Loved the location, porch and patio area. We couldn't get the grill to work, but was probably operator error :). We really liked the spacious cottage and will stay there again."

"Great place clean, super quiet overlools mountainside. 15 minutes to lava hot springs, 30 minutes to pocatello. Newly remodeled. Great place for family reunions or small group getaways, has connecting bedrooms and a shared kitchen with microwave, sink, dishwasher and fridge. Nice place."
