"The pictures on here are no where close to what it actually looks like. There were cockroachs in the room, hair on the fitted sheet, the last occupants paperwork still on the table, food left on the TV stand, fridge was disgusting, the walk to the room was horrible, the whole place smelled like mold and wet carpet. We stayed a total of 30 minutes before we walked the key back and left. I wouldn't recommend that place to a homeless person. They need to be shut down."

"After traveling 12 hours, we received a call from the hotel just minutes before arrival asking if we would switch from a double queen room we had reserved to a king room. I explained that we specifically needed the double queen room and was told there had been an "incident" and there was no choice.
