"This is the first time we, as foreigners, stayed in a Japanese business hotel. It was smaller than we are used to, for sure, but it was in the location we wanted and was in our price range (about $60/night). "21:30 頃にチェックイン、翌朝 8:00 にチェックアウトという慌ただしいスケジュールでしたが、朝の空港への送迎も含めて全てスムーズに対応していただきました。さらに温泉利用後に無料でソルベをいただきました。暑い時期にはありがたかったです。最寄り駅である肥後大津駅からはかなり距離があり、徒歩は現実的ではありません。特にホテルからの送迎が無い 20:00 以降になると、駅周辺で場当たり的にタクシーを捕まえることも難しいため、もし車が無い場合はタクシーを事前予約しておくことを強くお勧めします。"

10/10 Excellent

"Clean and spacious traditional style room. Toilet was somehow a bit too small though, not particularly comfortable to use. Basin (for hand washing after using toilet) was then on the other side of the room which was a bit inconvenient. Hot spring facilities were at a different building (much newer and modern) which were 2 mins walk away. That was a slight problem when it was raining heavily when we were there. Parking was not great for our bigger car (RAV4 size type SUV). Tight space and lot of guests made parking very difficult. During golden week, when we stayed there, dining options at night were very limited in nearby regions."
