"The owner Andres was very friendly and helpful. He gave detailed information about Segovia and the surrounding area. He even made suggestions about our travel itinerary on the way to Toledo. The apartment is very nice and spacious, the kitchen area is spotless and well equipped. Wish we could stay longer in this place."
"Nous sommes arrivés à 14h,comme écrit dans mon mail,on nous a fait attendre jusqu'à 15h dehors.On nous a attribué la plus petite chambre ,alors qu'on était les premiers:nous pouvions juste marcher autour des lits avec de grands enfants (13 et 24ans).Les autres chambres avaient un bureau et un grand espace.Il n'y avait pas de double vitrage,ni chauffage,il y avait des gouttes d'eau sur les vitres et on avait froid.Notre horrible chambre était aussi la seule mitoyenne avec la salle de bain commune...
"Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und die Klimatisierung hat gut funktioniert. Die Einrichtung war gut. Der Hotelier war super freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Segovia gegeben."
"Es un hostal tipo autoservicio, limpio, con lo mínimo necesario. El espacio es un tanto reducido, particularmente un baño abuhardillado en el que había que entrar agachado y en el que solo se puede permanecer de pie en una estrecha franja. Adecuado si lo usas solo para dormir."
"El hotel en general estaba bien, la habitación muy limpia, no las 5 estrellas porque cuando llegamos no funcionaba el aire acondicionado ( he de decir que nos asignaron una habitación a la que no le daba el sol y pusieron una habitación ventilador con lo cual no pasamos calor), para seguir uno de los dos ascensores estaba tambien averiado, luego pedimos agua caliente y no tenían donde calentar, la habitación tenía los muebles muy estropeados, y no tenía nevera. Por lo demás todo bien"
