"The staff prioritizes poorly behaved, noisy regulars over other guests. Employee ‘Chelsea’ is incredibly rude, invasive, and unprofessional. I’d be delighted to speak with a district manager or regional representative to discuss specific comments and actions made by this individual. My room was not clean. The floor was overwhelmingly sticky and the hairs of a past guest dominated the bathtub. This property appears to be going downhill rapidly. I will not be staying again and Chelsea’s biased...

"I would not recommend this hotel at all I had to change rooms 3 different times for a clean room. The pillows and towels were not cleaned and was dirty, food left on the floor from people that stayed before me, had to ask for a roll of toilet paper because none was in the room, pillows are very thin had to ball up a cover i brought to use for a pillow, very noisy people running up and down the hallway and it smelled like dog, cigarettes and mold this is probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at...
