"Bed were hard as rocks. The shower didn't work. The desk almost collapsed while my son was eating. The window fell out and damn near hit my son in the head. When I told the front desk they just looked at me like I was insane"

"Bed was comfortable. Our door looked like someone had tried to break into it before & the security lock didn’t work as it had been damaged. Also the shower handle was coming out the wall. Food was left in the fridge."

The hotel definitely needs more staff especially in the pool area , kids were jumping in to hot tub while adults were trying to relax. Pool noodles should not be allowed in the pool, especially swinging them around. Plus older kids diving in the pool.
