"The positives - location is amazing (right by the square), the staff was pleasant and 12pm check-out.
But I'm not sure I would stay here again.
The negatives: there was a lot of construction going on during my stay (late August). This may be temporary and no longer an issue, but guests should know that construction noise started before 8am and there was no elevator access to the top floor.

"La struttura si trova in una zona industriale a 15 minuti dal centro storico di Gent.
L’arredamento delle camere è vetusto e andrebbe completato rinnovato .
La pulizia è scarsa, abbiamo trovato polvere e ragnatele. Mancano le prese elettriche, per ricaricare il telefono è stato necessario scollegare il televisore.
Colazione abbastanza varia.
Parcheggio gratuito con accesso protetto."
"Struttura vicino al centro città. La signora della reception è stata gentilissima, abbiamo avuto infatti un problema con lo scarico della doccia che rischiava di allagare il bagno, ma lei è intervenuta subito tamponando il problema.
La camera è spaziosa, con letto a castello a 1 piazza e mezzo per i bambini, unica pecca è che dà sulla strada, siamo quindi stati svegliati dai rumori presto la mattina."
"Great location, quaint property, unfortunately no air conditioning, the fan was helpful but didn’t cool room down. Lots of stairs so keeps you fit. Staff not around after 5pm til next morning, but no problems with self check in.

Der einzige Nachteil für mich war der fehlende Aufzug."
"The staff were excellent, the breakfast was good. The stairs to the rooms were very narrow and steep, not suitable for older guests. The rooms could do with some form of drinks facilities no water or hot drinks were available. The step out of the shower was quite big."
"Mooie locatie om te verblijven. Vriendelijke gastheer. We kregen de mogelijkheid om onze fietsen veilig weg te zetten, vlakbij onze kamer. We hebben het ontbijt genomen en dat was zeer lekker en gevarieerd. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de bistro. Het was zeer handig dat we 's avonds geen verplaatsing moesten maken. Het eten was lekker."

We were met upon arrival and given our key for the room, a number to call if anything was needed and the option to eat next door at the family restaurant if we wanted. We spent most of our time out and about and had our hotel room to shower and sleep in. Thank you. "
