"The check in is not convenient. We have to go to another location to check in. No WiFi. Upon check in, we found garbage on the top of the closet, and the bath towel has plenty of holes. The AC is not working. No extra blanket in the room. So we went to another location to ask for extra blankets and one clean tidy towel two times, they promised to send them over, no one came. No cups in the WC at all. No place for soap within the shower area. We stayed for two nights, very noisy, always woke up...

"I booked this hotel for my parents and they were very happy with their stay. They were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. They were pleasantly overwhelmed by the variety of items at their breakfast buffet. They wanted to stay longer but had other places pre-booked. They would stay here again for future visits. "First let me tell you what all were excellent About this property. 1- Check in check out. Super easy. 2- Location. Very close to the sanctuary and shops to buy souvenirs and food. 3- The view was excellent as we could see the sanctuary. 4- Extremely clean. That’s it. The price wasn’t super low, especially considering that there were 0 amenities. Only towels and soap. That’s it!! I’m not sure if this is how all hotels here are? I’ve never been to a hotel where there was no basic toiletries...

"I had the whole property to myself as I stayed on a weekday night! It was kinda scary as I was the only guest and it’s a big room and property. It’s very clean and comfortable. However, the lights went off shortly after I went into the shower room. As I’m not tall, the sensor can’t detect my moving arms so I ended up showering in the dark. I would recommend staying here when it’s slightly busy. "

"This property was great. It was very close to the beach. The view from the apartment was of the hills but you could hear the beach. There was no WiFi, which was a bit of a surprise to find out after we booked. We made do with cellular service and our cars gps. The rental company was really nice and communicated well. It would be nice if there were beach towels or toys/chairs to use while we were there but there is the cutest rental place for tents down the way and plenty of places to buy cheap...
