"Very clean, new hotel"

"We have stayed at this property twice. The first time they were remodeling. The second time I’m assuming they were finished. Room was clean, area was nice with a lake and waking path. The only thing was that the bed was not comfortable at all. "

"Very nice boutique style hotel in downtown Mankato. Many great restaurants within walking distance and very close to the campus. Extremely easy parking. The room was quiet, clean and we loved the view from the window. We will definitely stay there again."

"Minor challenge for front desk person to keep services in morning breakfast area stocked(water for coffee supplied) due to multiple responsibilities for her. The hotel was near capacity due to concert the 7th, she was very pleasant only needed a few more assistance to do it all"
