"It is a room in an unkempt old house, with no security at night. No breakfast included. Expedia showed three rooms, 2 AC rooms and one non AC. We booked AC room making full payment online. At the time of check out the caretaker asked us to pay extra money for the room, saying it is a special room. We felt it is too much for that kind of facility."

"While checking the room comfort thru expedia, it has been clearly mentioned it's Air conditioned executive double rooms for Rs. 1059 inclusive of all taxes. But hotel Receptionist and the owner not accepting the facts and they were only ready to provide non ac rooms with this amount. Herculean task about convincing them.
