"I expected staff needs more training. She handed over non activated key cards to the room. When I went second time, if you have battery operated equipment with you the card magnet gets spoiled. Actually I was holding keys in hand and my phone was in my pants pocket. When she activated it the same worked fine and one of the cards in my phone wallet. In spite of in my phone wallet, it worked."

"Everything was great. They had to change our room upon arrival, as I can't navigate stairs. And they didn't have a elevator. They did this with no hassle. Breakfast area was beyond our expectations. Food was fresh and the hospitality person, was fantastic."
