"The room we were staying in had a lot of gnats in the bathroom. I ended up fixing the problem by: 1) Putting towels over the sink drain + shower drain. 2) Using paper towels to completely insulate the window that was in the bathroom. I think the hotel should be able to fix the problem themselves + not rely on guests to figure it out. If it wasn't for gnats our first 1-2 days there before I solved it this hotel would be an easy 5 star with very reasonable price + easy access to Wailea...

"Everything was great!! Kitchen, hot tub, snacks, and amenities were so clean and the owners were some of the nicest people I’ve met!! Will be coming back here again and staying for SURE!! Plus it’s centrally located, so pretty much everything is 30 mins away instead of super long drives! "

"Pros-Check in and check out was super easy and clear. Parking was free and great, we were able to park right by our unit. It is central so close to lots of stuff. Shower was hot and stayed hot for awhile! Host was quick and clear on communication. There is a microwave, small ice box, stove top burner, couple pots and pans. The AC worked well and the TV is big! Bed is comfy but squeaky. Cons The walls are thin so we could everything upstairs and around. The only mirror in there was a small one...

"While being evacuated from my home in Kula, Hotel rented my family a room in this hotel that was also being of Maui forcible evacuated by the police due to a natural disaster then informed me there are no refunds! It’s unclear if this hotel burned to the ground. Being forced to pay for a room in a disaster area that cannot be used or accessed feels like a corrupt business practice, or sort of like stealing. "

"We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The space was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped—everything we needed was there. Both the bed and the sofa sleeper were comfortable. A few things to note for future guests: the unit does not have elevator access, so carrying heavier suitcases or groceries up the stairs can be a bit challenging. "Things we liked about this property: beach view, manager on site, safe, designated parking spot, nice location/ area, beach items ( chairs, umbrella, toys)available in unit Didn’t like: outdated, so it has an older smell to it and so are towels and linens in the linen cabinet. Inner coating in cabinets is chipping everywhere. Unit is well beat up. No central AC, just two floor units in bedrooms,so it gets hot and humid in the main area"
