"The staff was kind and responsive over chat and in person. Stay away from the coffee shop in the premises. The staff is rude, slow, and the food is pretry bad. There is mold and water damage in several walls in my room, the room is very noisy because the kitchen is right behind the room the Wi-Fi works although choppy. There are no hooks in the bathroom. The toiletries they give you are very bad. There's no blackout shades for the window. The hallway flooring is in very bad shape worn out but...

"It was inexpensive and it did not matter much since we just had to spend the night before our flight, and it being close to the central station, made it easier to go to. I should also mention the positive that staff allowed us to move to a room, bigger and with a window, from our original booking. But itself, the hotel needs some remodeling, the carpets should be changed since they are beyond any more cleaning. Bathroom can be remodeled too. It is on a big street, so easily accessible by metro...
