"I booked a king room and it didn’t say that I couldn’t have a pet with me in one of those and they moved me to the nastiest “pet friendly” room the bedding was gross and the room stunk behind the furniture was just disgusting dust and trash all behind it I could t really breath the whole time I was there. The king room I got to see first looked and smelled really nice tho. "

"I absolutely loved the place, the room was nice and clean, the people were amazing and willing to help with anything. I had a great time there, besides, the town is really unique with its own community and has its magic despite being very small. I totally recommend this place to everybody, if you're a traveler passing by, you should definitely at least consider visiting."

"The stay there was ok but did not provide a closet or microwave and I was put into a handicap room without requesting it. Still waiting on the $75 refund they said I would receive. If not will be trying the Marriott there in town since I travel there frequently and they just opened. I feel if they don’t refund what should be refunded then it is a rip oof"

"The property was okay, it is an older motel and dated, but was clean. I don't know if something was going on that weekend in Montrose, but we paid over $180 for one night in a room that should have been $100 per night. The manager there in the morning was wonderful, due to COVID they could not open the breakfast area until 7 am but I needed coffee at 6:30 and he was happy to oblige, I was thankful for that :) If the price was more in line with the property, I would rate it higher."
