"These are studio apartment rented out. It's a shame hotel.Com is listing such property.it should be black listed and I should get a refund. No ac working in common areas / need room.. Room changes, refrigerator not working in new room. From 1030 pm till midnight no water in bathroom. No one other than security at reception to address the situation. Food quality very poor, I don't think this property is worth more than 1500/night. Plastic spoon and bowls in dining area. Thrash around...

"Very purely maintained washroom and bed room. I'm embarrassed to even think about toilet, not washed for a while. Shower pipe was broken as well."
