"We have been going to The Fountain for many years now.. since we were kids and love the service, food and location of this hotel. It is spacious and clean and ideal for a family. "Extremely polite and professional staff. However, the buffet dinner timing should be extended from 8-10 pm to at least 8-11 pm. Not every guest is habituated with finishing their meal by 10 PM. Also, the buffet counters are removed after the cut off time which means your food tends to get cold. If course the staff was courteous enough to serve food after 10 PM. However, if the timing is extended, it saves everyone the hassle."

"Our recent stay at Coocasa Mahabaleshwar was an absolute nightmare. The property was dirty, with the third room being nothing more than a storage space filled with spare mattresses, bed not being double and no attached bathroom. The hall was a mess, cluttered with old boxes, and the outdoor chairs were wet and surrounded by garbage. To make matters worse, there was a dangerous leak above the stairs.
