"This property is 1 block from John's pass, on the marina and across the street from a public beach. Next door is Mad fish house restaurant which was excellent. The condo was clean and a nice balcony. Location was perfect. The only negative ( not the properties fault) The smell from low tide was awful. "

"The host sent us very thorough instructions and suggestions for nearby restaurants. You can’t beat the convenient location to John’s Pass and the beach trolley service. The condo was perfect! It was decorated beautifully, immaculate, and provided great amenities. The Gulf view was amazing. Unfortunately, the weather was not. So grateful we had a cozy place to enjoy the view, even if the weather was 40 degrees! Would definitely recommend #404! "
