I was also given a room on the second floor which was really inconvenient given my two young kids. Also I don't think it's wheel chair accessable up there. People leave their trash sitting outside their room because they don't empty the trash cans often enough. On my second night I got woken up at about 1am by someone banging on my neighbors...
