"Was a cosy home from home. A nice base for us to visit family and a couple days away with our young baby. The couple of kitchen appliances were enough for our needs and small touches like towels provided and complimentary biscuits was lovely. Great, attentive hosts but gave us our space during our stay."

"The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees.
