"Hotel was under renovation and their was a fault on the fire alarm panel both mornings which didn't make the stay feel all that safe with the major renovations going on. Their was no curtains over the window you could clearly see where the pole was taken out the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom so the window was constantly open and didn't look like it could close. I was never sent the check-in instructions. Not in the junk folder either. As I was arriving at night, there was nobody there to help. I called the off-hours emergency line and was answered by a man who appeared to be based in a completely different region and could not help with check-in.
