"Upon check-in I was presented with a room which was in unacceptable condition. The Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The furnishing was in very poor condition, the bed linens were stained and worn, and the bathroom was dirty and in very poor repair. I requested they refund all charges. I told the front desk manager [David or Dan] of my concerns and was told to contact Expedia since that's how I made my reservation. The property did not refund my payment, although I rejected the accommodations...

"I travel often. The cleanliness of this facility was fabulous. Great variety on breakfast items and was always hot. Breakfast area was always clean. Professional staff from front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast server. I also use the fitness center. Was always stocked with Lysol wipes and towels. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I am in the area."

"The water was hot and plentiful. The beds were super comfy and clean. The floor I don't think got vacuumed before we got in because it was not clean. The walls were a little thin. Lots of noise could be heard. Breakfast was simple but fresh."
