I spoke with one of the front desk personnel (I forgot to get her name) and she said she would let me know when one of the other rooms was cleaned but she did not, later that day when I returned from my days activity, I spoke with April who promptly addressed my needs. "I just needed an inexpensive place to stay while I was in the area doing a performance at a show. The room was fine, although the first one I'd ever stayed in that didn't have a closet nor any place to hang my clothing. But what bugged me was their policy that every guest had to pay a $100 deposit--I had to pay even though I had paid for the room in full in advance of my visit. How can I know for sure that they will refund it? I've stayed at a lot of hotels and motels, and have never...
