Just to name a few: courtesy call confirming we are planning to stay two days before (because there is a charge if cancelled less than 24 hours), free shuttle to/from the airport, shuttle (with small fee) to the cruise terminal which took the hassle out of calling an Uber, close to the beach and stores, hot breakfast, easy check in/check out, clean and open layout rooms.
