"Lovely cosy cottage called “The Wee Cottage”. It was not so “wee” and was exactly as described with a direct view on the harbour. Perfect spot to do our Skye tour and then conveniently leave east the next morning!"
"Loch Eyre House is a charming and private bed & breakfast. The fact that it's 7 miles from the traffic of Portree is a big plus-- at Loch Eyre House you have quiet and a beautiful view of Loch Eyre. The guest lounge is a comfortable place to read or play cards if the weather isn't great. Our room had everything we needed, plus a balcony porch with table and chairs. "This was the perfect location for our Skye adventure. The house fit our group of 4 perfectly, and we enjoyed the wonderful views of the beach. Communication with the owner was easy after doing a quick google search on how to make an international call (when I’m from the states). I throughly enjoyed my stay!"
"The cabin was a lovely tranquil space. Away from the hubbub of Portree and all on its own.
It was so peaceful looking over the water with a horse and sheep as the immediate neighbours.
I didn't manage to work the induction hob but was able to use the oven just fine.
The hot tub was a rare treat too. It took a bit to figure it out but nothing a wee Youtube video couldnt fix. "
