"We stayed in the resort for two days. I had great expectations from all the positive reviews.
Our room floor was very sticky on the day of our arrival. Also the swing bed was just kept on the floor.
The next day we asked the hotel staff to please clean the room and mop the floor. They had the whole day to do that. When we came back in the evening expecting a clean room, it was not even opened to even clear the dustbin.
When we complained, a half hearted brooming was done.
