"A terrible experience with this book. I booked two nights stay but I just take a look the room and immediately out because the room has only one window and this window face to trash can collection field, the bad smell in whole room, no air condition. Please imagine what the situation when you flight long time and how you can stay there. I tried to upgrade the room, No luck. I return the room key after check-in 1 hour, and told the hotel’s staff, I am check out. I chatted with Expedia, no refunds...

"Saga was a great hotel! There were 3 of us and we got a room with 3 beds and a private bathroom. It was a great stay and great location. Short walk to the train station, Tivoli, and great restaurants. Really liked this place, would stay again!"

"Das Hotel war insgesamt mittelmäßig. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings hat mich das sehr kleine und unpraktisch geschnittene Badezimmer gestört. Es war recht eng und dadurch etwas umständlich in der Nutzung. Außerdem waren die Wände sehr dünn, sodass man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und dem Flur deutlich hören konnte. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay, aber es gibt definitiv Hotels, die in dieser Preisklasse mehr Komfort und eine bessere Schallisolierung bieten."

"This place is AWFUL!! Extremely hot, like 95+ degrees in the little pods with no airflow. The “fan” does absolutely nothing. This place should honestly be illegal because of such unsafe living conditions with the extreme heat, at least in the summertime. Also, the mattress is so uncomfortable you can feel the floor through it. If that wasn’t bad enough, you’ll definitely get no sleep because you hear EVERYTHING through the pods and literally feel the pods shaking while people stomp around all...

"An absolute hovel and definitely the very worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Filthy and disgusting. The pictures are very deceiving, because it looks inside more like a prison. The staff are rude and even during alleged reception opening hours we were told to use rear entrance. Travelled with my young daughter and felt very unsafe throughout our stay. We paid to stay for two nights but moved to a different hotel after the first sleepless night. Do yourself a favour and pay £20 more to stay...
