"Room small unclean and breakfast buffet offering was terrible. The location and price were good but they were the only positives."

"The water pressure in the third floor shower is terrible. The internet only worked half of the time. Breakfast menu is limited. The staff were kind and it is in a good location."

"the problem the place has is the smell from the toilet the longer you stay the more you can smell the place has got air fresheners but could do with a can air freshener you could spray the cleanliness is not great the cupboards are dirty"

"Horrible hotel staff and owner, refused our stay, and never gave refund. "

"It is an amazing home! It’s clean spacious and right in the centre of Conway with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The house is decorated with modern features and has lots of amenities e.g washing machine, dog bed and bowls, and everything you’d need for cooking. Would definitely recommend and will be going back again! Thank you"

"A beautiful cottage, very clean, central and every you would need for your stay was there. The communication with the host was excellent. A welcome pack was a lovely surprise and very thoughtful. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely return."

"Compact but well laid out and cozy. Amenities were very nice. Very close walk to everything in Conwy."

"Lovely cottage in a great location in historic Conwy. Very well equipped, with the added bonus of street parking outside. This was a great help, as although it's very very tight to park your car here, the cottage has the added bonus of being able to use next door's space, too! Highly recommended. "

"Really lovely owner/handyman next door (who also works at the Conwy kebab and pizza takeaway which was delicious!! Also recommend if you want dinner literally downstairs). The house was perfect location, has parking at the back, and super clean. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future! The only thing I would say is, it would be nice to have a lamp in the top floor bedroom but not essential! Thank you for having us!"

"Betty is a great host, lovely clean rooms ,beautiful breakfast and a comfortable bed, interacts well with the guests and makes you feel at home. Will definitely stay again."
