"Despite the hotel being almost empty, we were given a room on the 2nd floor farthest from the lobby despite requesting to be moved. A $35 fee for a 7lb tiny dog is ridiculous. Room had a garbage pail full from previous guest, very little toilet paper, TV remote had no batteries and still didn’t work. Electrical outlet wasn’t working in bathroom area. Not a pleasant stay. "

The entire atmosphere screamed Crack house. Expedia charged me $20 more than what was on the receipt. Receipt showed a different card number as well. Not sure how this rated at 8/10 stars. This place should be condemned. "

"I had a reservation for this location. I paid 185.00 plus tax for a room that the bed sheets had stains, I could not turn off the air because of a missing wall thermostat. Called the front desk, was told they were full and had no other vacant rooms. The hotel is under going construction, on top of that was missing buttons on the elevator, we got stuck on the elevator, the in door pool was not accessible, hampton inn suggested that i take my four grandchildren across the street let them swim...
