"Great hotel for staying"

"Very quiet, everyone was helpful, Bed was comfy what more could you ask for in a hotel? I would definitely go back when I'm m in the area"

"The location was perfect for anyone who wants to park their cars and walk a short distance to the train station! The staff were extremely friendly and the included breakfast was of course a huge bonus! Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit NYC!"

"The room was kind of Dark"

"Loved being close to the pier"

"The space itself was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. I am not a huge fan of the Times Square area, so keep that in mind when booking if you prefer a more quiet neighborhood. The staff was all very nice, towels, bedding, and bathroom were all clean! They also let you check your bags early, which was amazing and allows you to check out the city before your check in time!"

"the hotel is very clean, however there were multiple issues with my room. The digital key didn't work so I had to be given a code to unlock my room door. My room didn't have a remote for the television, and even once they did get me a remote, the tv didn't work. The bed was comfortable but very creaky whenever you'd turn or roll."

"We had a great stay!"

I had read some very bad things about bugs and a general lack of cleanliness in the rooms, but we didn't experience any of that. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot - what else do you need? It's NYC! And this is close to lots of cool stuff. There was a rotating cast of young people manning the front desk. The one there when we checked in was...

"Very close to NYC, express bus at certain times of the day. Property was just very dirty."
