" I went there with relatively low expectations other than clean sheets. I was pleased with the room, in general. The bed was lumpy, higher in the middle, lower on the sides. There was a fat pillow & a thin pillow for choice. Not very comfortable for sleeping but clean. When I sat down at the desk, the seat of the chair was hardly there; it was missing the base, the frame was there, so I took one of the decor pillows & put it on the chair-problem fixed. "Convenient to Gillette Stadium for events. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. Everything was fresh."

"Shower stall very slippery. One of the days didn’t clean room . I complained and was told they were busy with to many rooms to clean. They immediately delivered fresh towels and tolitery items. Not my problem they were busy. That episode upset us . We let it go."

"The King Room was big with a living room area and both fridge and microwave. Convenient for us as we were displaced from our home overnight. VERY clean. Phone didn't work to call front desk. Thermostat was on the fritz - we went from hot to freezing in a "3 degree" difference and there was no way we should have been freezing setting at 72 from 81. The girl at the front desk: I called to double-check that my ESA dog was okay. She kept talking over me and never called me back like she said she...
