"We had a great short stay at La Jolla Resort! The beds were comfy and the resort itself was nice. We took advantage of the paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkel gear. Also catching the sunset from the back on the hammocks was an added plus! "

"Stayed here for 2 nights and can’t complain. It smelled and looked clean, the A/C worked well, and everything functioned well. For a short motel experience, I’d recommend. "

"It was very nice to wake up every day to our balcony view of the beach then walk 30 yards for a swim. Staff were great and there was a lovely family feeling from our fellow guests. Nice places attract nice people! We'll be back for sure."

"It was fantastic, good quality, comfortable and we will happily go back. One strange downside is there is a phenomenon at the natural beach on the property that smells terrible. It’s less noticeable when the tide is high but unfortunately that’s just nature and this beach is smelly. If you have a sensitive stomach you will not have a good time. We left the property for other beaches when it bothered us and otherwise had a fantastic stay. Smell was not present in the rooms at all. "

"This was my 4th stay at the hotel. I gave this location a 5 star, it has everything I needed for a bae cation. Quiet and peaceful. If you need to get away for the world this is the perfect spot. No complaints hear 💕💕💕 Edgewater lodge"
