Find 2 Star Hotels in Lightwater from SAR 177

Although a quiet area the lodges need some maintenance! Quiet dated property and room decor. The rooms feel very cold, especially for this time of year. I suppose the price per nght reflects this! Not a "bad" stay, just not the best.

The only downside was the WiFi ....most of my critical travel apps timed out because it was so slow....or if they opened were extremely slow.

It's conveniently located with plenty of affordable dining options and markets nearby. It's a nice 30-minute stroll to the city center or to the Thames River. The 2 bedroom place itself was nicely remodeled. The city could do a better job maintaining the sidewalks.

Good parking easy to get in and out

Location is great, property is beautiful, clean and the staff are extremely lovely. Im very pleased to have found this place! I’m already looking at when I can come back!

Very nice hotel and clean room good staff

Great option and very nice peaceful area

We would definitely stay again, may be for an extra night so we can have a day in London, before flying out from Heathrow. Everyone was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable with hairdryer, TV, plenty of power & USB charging points & en suite shower room. In room kettle with tea/coffee/hot chocolate. English breakfast absolutely delicious. Really just what I would expect from a homely B&B. Be warned that there are steep stairs to upper rooms!

I stayed at the Bell and Bottle Hotel for a week and found it to be excellent value for money. It's an Indian restaurant with guest rooms on the second floor (no elevator). The room and bathroom were spacious, and while there was no air conditioning, the fan kept the room comfortable. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak, but everything else met my expectations. The service was friendly and reliable throughout my stay. The hotel is in a quiet rural location, so I relied on Uber for transportation, although...

Quaint and gorgeous building and rooms! Only thing I'd suggest is that the owners put lamps in rooms to augment the LED lighting (for travelers like me whose eyes don't do so well with the LED frequencies). Other than that, the hotel was lovely, as were the staff!

Very nice

Azad the owner was incredibly helpful, polite attentive and 100% committed to making sure that I had everything I needed. He was eager to give recommendations for some good restaurants in the area and constantly kept in contact making sure everything was perfect for my stay. This is a guest house in a quiet Subu rban parts of West London, May 15 minute walk to the train station with easy access to Heathrow terminals two three and four and also the other direction into Central London. I will...

The host is an amazing person. Really take care of every detail. The breakfast was way better than any luxurious hotel, because also was having a kindly touch. My husband and I were happy. Obviously there are not “elevator” to take big luggage at the second floor, but it was worth the effort. 😉

Very friendly staff and guests at the pub downstairs. The bed was not very comfortable, but that's my only complaint. The room was nice otherwise and it's a nice place to stay overall. Would recommend.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I arrived at the premises at 9pm with a 7:45am flight the next morning. The man who greeted me spoke perfect English. He showed me to my room which was small but tidy and with tea/coffee making facilities and free wi-fi. The bathroom was shared but was very clean. This place has the genuine feeling that you are staying in someone's house. The guesthouse is less than a 10 minute walk from the bus stop which is a free bus from LHR. It's only 5 minutes by...
