"Nikki the desk clerk when I checked in, was the most pleasant, professional and very confident in her job. You could tell she really enjoyed doing what she was doing. Thank You Nikki you made the start of our trip wonderful. For the price the place is doable clean, safe and comfortable."

"Great place to stay within a few blocks of everything. We will stay there again. Very clean with a friendly front desk."

"Very unassuming from the outside, this inside is very very nice! It was clean and the staff was excellent!"

"What made this special was the coffee in the breakfast room. Each cup was made individually with the beans being ground for each cup. We love coffee. Lol"

"The room was super clean in the hotel was staff was super friend"

"Staff breakfast clean room"

"Awesome location to downtown and UGA; spacious room and bathroom for our family of 4. Loved the sitting area too"

"This hotel is so run down and dirty. Our non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and dirty feet. The toilet wouldn’t flush & when we went to check the flusher the tank was covered in black mold. The carpets are super dirty too. With the insane amount they charge on UGA game weekends, you’d think they could deep clean, paint, repair it. There was no fruit, and very frozen butter for the waffles! ...

"This is a good inexpensive place to stay when you want to save on hotel expenses. It was clean and you received what you paid for. The staff was excellent."

"The room was dirty, smelled terrible, and was completely unlivable\. There were stains on the bed and walls, the bathtub was filthy, and the floors were buckled from what appeared to be water damage\. It was a horrible experience. We did not stay at the property because of the conditions\. We immediately requested a refund, but have not received a response yet\. We had to find another place to stay at our own expense. I would not recommend this property to anyone."

"I have no words. I am someone who does not mind a hotel that isn’t fancy but this was lower than the worst!!! From the outside it looks charming but when you walk in!! First you are hit with a stench! They automatically take your payment so you cannot leave to go somewhere else. Then you go in… when I say it should be condemned!!!! The back door is broken so it is not a secure place at all. There are broken refrigerators as well as a treadmill laying in the hall beneath the stairway. Definitely...
