"Very convenient hotel close to everything in Patmos. Nice views from the balconies on upper floors. Very friendly and helpful owner, comfortable and clean rooms."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is set in a beautiful location. This was our third visit, and it certainly won’t be our last. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay."

"All was really good room beds etc the only let down for us was the shower is so small and awkward to use. Hence a good rating versus excellent."

"First things first, Nikolas and his family are the kindest most helpful people you will ever meet. From picking us up at the port, to providing us with fresh fruit, eggs, cake, biscuits and lifts in his car to the monastery, the cave and the beach literally every day, nothing is too much trouble for them and you don’t even need to ask - this is all offered with kindness. We had an upstairs room with a spacious balcony, a comfy bed, and a separate kitchen/dining area which was kept spotlessly...

"Staff is very friendly, rooms and property are very clean. Great value. Very cozy property. AC worked great. Wonderful view of the water from our balcony. Only thing I thought could use some upgrading is the shower curtain."

"Fotini was most helpful with any questions I had. The property is situated near to bus stops, supermarket and water taxi to Tolendos. The shower/toilet was modern, kitchen had all you needed if cooking in, which I did on occasions. Fantastic views of Myrties."

"Yksi parhaista sängyistä koskaan missään"

"Frequento la struttura per brevi periodi prmai da qualche anno e ritorno sempre volentieri per la pulizia, la gentilezza del personale ed il rapporto qualità prezzo "

"Nice hotel with a friendly staff!. We loved this place and will come back.."

Staff were very helpful but couldn’t pick us up from the ferry port as they might be a bit understaffed, which took us about an hour of waiting at the taxi stop as there are only 11 taxis in the whole island! Rooms were clean & very well distanced from each other. The only drawback we faced was a bit of greed from the hotel when we thought of extending 3 more days, and asked them on the phone only, and then we couldn’t stay so they...

"Très belle demeure, bien placée dans le village. Hôtes très sympathiques. Très bon petit déjeuner (les gâteaux de George sont divins). Je recommande."

"Great location, friendly staff, all you need for a climbing trip."

"Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Haben uns kostenlos vom Hafen abgeholt. Für Gartenliebhaber ein muss. Wunderschöner Garten! Ca 10 min zu Fuss bis zum flach abfallenden Sand/ Kies Strand. Sehr ruhig. Tavernen machen um 22 Uhr zu. "
