"Excellent stay at Domus hotel. Many thanks to the front desk people who helped over the issue of my late arrival. The property is well kept and the room was exceptionally clean and well eqipped with all I needed for my stay. It is centrally located - the major sights of the city and the shopping and dining areas are at a stone throw. Will deffo stay there again once I am back."

They didn't want to give me the entrance instructions until I paid the hefty cleaning fee --which I couldn't do because I had terrible phone service. Le scale d’ingresso erano sporche, piene di polvere e di sporcizia di lavorazioni; 2. ⁠nell’appartamento quando siamo arrivati non c’era la carta igienica e neanche una bottiglia d’acqua da bere; 3. ⁠nel bagno c’era un cesto con degli asciugamani sporchi; 4. ⁠e sopratutto, nella camera da letto hanno lasciato la finestra aperta, che non si chiudeva perché rotta. Pertanto abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta."
