"This was an exceptional place. We stayed there for 3 nights. Extremely well located, we were facing the Plaza Mayor which was wonderful. Place is safe, staff is wonderful. Javier made sure we were all set at our arrival. They clean your room before 1pm which is amazing. Definitely a big 5/5 for us. Great value"

"Unique and interesting decor. Very dog friendly and the breakfast was great. There's a lovely Italian restaurant (pizza pizza) just down the road (not open on a Monday though). We stayed at this hotel in the way to Portugal in March and in the way back to the UK in May and we were certainly happy to visit a second time."

"The room (401) was fine but had some issues. First one: the shower was clogged! It took forever to warm up as well! The bed was clean but the mattress needs to be replaced as you literally sink into it. Also, breakfast wasn’t served one day. Don’t buy it included if you don’t need to because you may not get your breakfast.
Overall, OK as you get used to it."
"The front desk is not always at the facility. You have to call and give her 10 to 15 minutes notice before coming. If the hostel is dealing with english speaker the staff suppose to be knowing at least some english. Basically the hostel is no staff and if you need anything your own your own. We just stay for the night to sleep and shower early morning we get going. The place is no AC OR FAN AT ALL. So so hot at night we cant even sleep. The hostel is close to all the tourist spot but you gonna...
"Habitación amplia y cómoda. Faltan algunos detalles en la cocina como lavavajillas o estropajo. El baño completo y moderno. Lo que no estaba limpio del todo era el suelo. Por lo demás todo bien y muy fácil todo lo relacionado con check in, check out y abrir las puertas. Sitio tranquilo y sin ruido. Cerca del centro y de bares para desayunar y demás."
